At Victoria&Elise Vancouver, we do everything we can to satisfy our customers. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.
Return Conditions

You can only register a return once you have physically received the item.

Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on is allowed, but actual use is not permitted.

It is not allowed to intentionally order multiple sizes of the same product with the purpose of returning part of the order.
Return Process

Report your return within 30 days of receiving the item to support@victoria&elise-vancouver.com

You will receive the return address of our supplier (based in China).

Return the item at your own expense, including any customs and shipping costs.

We always recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number (track & trace).
Refunds
Once the item has been received at the return address and approved based on its condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days via the original payment method.
Responsibility

We are not liable for lost packages if tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
